New Fluoroscopy Suite Nears Completion at Hull Royal Infirmary
As we approach the conclusion of a fast-tracked project to deliver a state-of-the-art Fluoroscopy suite at Hull Royal Infirmary, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the journey so far and the remarkable progress made.
Working within a live hospital environment presents a unique set of challenges, but our team has risen to the occasion, delivering a comprehensive adaptation package to support this critical addition to the hospital’s diagnostic capabilities.
The project required meticulous coordination to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing patient care while implementing an array of complex infrastructure improvements. This included the intricate routing of essential services through the hospital to the fourth-floor plant room, located on the roof. To ensure the highest levels of safety and compliance, specialist radiation-protective doors, walls, and screens were installed.
Additionally, the internal finishes have been completed to an exceptional standard, paving the way for the seamless integration of cutting-edge Siemens medical equipment, which will significantly enhance the hospital’s diagnostic services.
The successful delivery of this project underscores our team’s expertise in working within sensitive environments and their commitment to excellence. We’re proud to play a part in enhancing healthcare facilities at Hull Royal Infirmary and look forward to the official opening of the new Fluoroscopy suite in the near future.
This project reflects not only technical achievement but also our dedication to supporting improved healthcare outcomes for the community.
