Hollyhurst Flats Continue Great Progress As Flats Near Completion
Flats 4-7 at Hollyhurst are continuing to progress as the project nears completion. Flat 5 will be prioritised as the end users has now been confirmed. The kitchen within flat 5 has been installed with loft ducting complete too.
We have installed the radiator covers in flats 5, 6 and 7. All flats have seen 2nd fix joinery completed with a new installation of a bio-bidet. The bio-bidet is new requirement for the resident that will occupy the flat. With a specialist assessment undertaken by the Cygnet team to understand the needs of the resident.
