Heat Control & Anti-Glare Film Installation Update
We’re excited to share a quick update on a recent improvement made to enhance both comfort and energy efficiency across Lelley Fields Crematorium’s space. We’ve just completed the installation of two specialised window film solutions designed to tackle heat build-up and unwanted glare thanks to Solar Frost.
What’s been installed?
- Heat Control/Anti-Glare Film to both window banks: These films significantly reduce solar heat and minimise harsh glare without compromising natural light—making for a more pleasant environment year-round.
- Virtually Clear Solar Heat Control Film to the central door area: For areas where clarity is key, this high-performance film delivers subtle heat rejection while maintaining the aesthetic integrity of our central door.
Why it matters?
This upgrade isn’t just about comfort—it’s part of our ongoing efforts to create a sustainable, energy-conscious environment. By cutting down on excess heat gain, we’re reducing the load on cooling systems, which means lower energy consumption and a greener footprint.
