Exciting School Upgrade Works Underway at Barmby on the Marsh Primary School
We are pleased to share progress on our latest project at Barmby on the Marsh Primary School, where we have commenced work on a comprehensive refurbishment and upgrade scheme to enhance the school’s facilities for students and staff.
Scope of Works
This project includes a range of essential upgrades designed to improve both the functionality and safety of the school environment. Key elements of the scheme include:
- Remodelling of the main school entrance to create a more welcoming and efficient access point.
- Construction of a new Intervention Room, providing dedicated space for additional student support.
- Upgrades to the Early Years Play area, enhancing outdoor learning and play opportunities.
- Structural alterations to accommodate the changes, including new internal walls and ceilings.
- Installation of bespoke external doors and internal fire doors to enhance security and fire safety.
- Upgrades to mechanical and electrical systems, including full lighting, power, data, and fire alarm installations.
Working to a Tight Programme
With a strict project timeline, our team is ensuring that critical works are completed during the school holidays to allow students to return to a fully operational school. Any remaining works will be carefully managed within a segregated and safe work area, ensuring minimal disruption to school activities.
