Cooper Construction Services Embarks on Jane Percy House Upgrade for Brainkind
Cooper Construction Services is proud to announce the commencement of a new project at Jane Percy House in Cramlington, working in partnership with Brainkind (Disabilities Trust).
This 19-week scheme will see the upgrade of 19 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, enhancing facilities within this vital care setting.
The project presents a unique challenge due to the live care environment in which it will be delivered. To minimise disruption, the site can only provide two work areas at a time, requiring a highly structured, sectional approach to completion. Each phase will be handed back to the site before additional rooms are released for work, demanding precise coordination and seamless communication between our team and the Jane Percy House staff.
With extensive experience in the mental healthcare sector, Cooper Construction Services is well-equipped to manage the sensitive nature of this project. Our team is committed to efficient scheduling, meticulous planning, and ensuring the safety and comfort of residents and staff throughout.
We look forward to delivering a high-quality outcome that enhances the living spaces at Jane Percy House, reinforcing our reputation for excellence in specialist care facility construction. Stay tuned for updates as the project progresses!
